SEC Files Suit Against Sean and Shane Hvizdzak

Brothers Sean and Shane Hvizdzak have been charged by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”) for allegedly misappropriating investor money from High Street Capital Fund USA LP, a cryptocurrency investment fund.
