Eccleston Law attorney James Eccleston will speak at the Financial Planning Association of Illinois on January 28, 2011 in DesPlaines, Illinois. 

Jim's program will focus on avoiding the mistakes that advisers make that can lead to litigation.  With financial markets that have been down the last several years and new regulation on the horizon, financial advisers need to be more cautious than ever from a litigation standpoint.
