Attorneys from Eccleston Law LLC participated last week in a conference in the Quad Cities to help educate pension fund trustees on important securities industry developments. The attorneys gave a presentation, What the “F-word” Should Mean to You: Taking Action to Protect Plan Assets, to educate trustees on the meaning of fiduciary duty in respect to pension funds. In addition, the attorneys participated in a panel discussion relating to ethical issues for pension trustees.
