We recognize that each client’s case is unique and pledge to obtain the best possible outcome at a reasonable price.  We can provide an estimate of fees and costs and will consider all possible arrangements suitable for your matter – hourly, contingency, fixed, or blended fee – and we will put our agreement with you in writing.

First, Advocate Strategic Advisers, Inc. (ASA) was formed to take wealth management firms nationwide such as investment advisory firms to the next level. ASA combines the strengths of several experienced professionals, all of whom have a single goal: to increase enterprise profitability and valuation of the client's business.  Specifically, ASA offers management consulting, CEFEX fiduciary registration and compliance consulting. Second, Eccleston Law has combined with a well-respected compliance consulting firm to offer an Investment Adviser Start-Up Package, assisting advisers nationwide transition to independence, form the appropriate corporate structure, and comply with the requirements imposed upon state-registered or SEC-registered investment advisory firms.  We offer that package for a reasonable flat fee.
